Systemic Mastery Density (SMD)

Systemic Mastery Density (SMD) extends mastery analysis from individual agents to institutional and multi-agent systems. The framework studies how structural competence is distributed, concentrated, or diluted within organizations and evaluation regimes.

SMD introduces density-based metrics for systemic capability, identifying how evaluation structures, governance constraints, and information bottlenecks affect the effective mastery capacity of a system.
